Reliable hardware
Patron PLCs are powered by the Unipi-developed computing module Zulu based on the NXP i.MX 8M Mini processor (4× Arm® Cortex®-A53 with a maximum frequency of 1.8 GHz, 1 GB RAM and onboard 8 GB eMMC memory). The use of our own computing module makes it possible to offer support at all levels, implement various modifications within the custom production and more options for standard development (e.g. integration of new communication protocols).The Patron range offers multiple product variants with different combinations of I/O, communication interfaces and technologies.

Mervis software solution
All in one place with the Mervis platform. From the development environment through the local web server to SCADA cloud service including a mobile app. A license is supplied free of charge with Patron PLCs.IDE
Development environment for creation, debugging and remote management of Unipi PLCs. The Mervis IDE supports IEC 61131-3 compliant programming methods for creating controller behavior.
- Function blocks (FUPLA, FBD) – the code is developed by connecting predefined blocks in a clear graphic interface. In addition, Mervis IDE is equipped with an extensive library of ready-made function blocks (hysteresis, 3-way valves, mathematical operations, counters, time functions, etc.) to simplify and speed up the programming of the relevant logic blocks.
- Structured text (ST) – an option for advanced users that allows complex functions to be expressed in a few lines of text code.
HMI editor
This feature is integrated directly into the Mervis IDE, allowing you to create an interactive graphical UI. Interface can then be run directly on the PLC (as a web page available only on the local network) or as a cloud service with a web interface on the Mervis SCADA server. In both cases, the website can be opened on a computer, phone or tablet.
