Unipi Gate controllers powered by a quad-core 600Mhz ARM A53 CPU now have 1 GB DDR3 RAM. The increase in memory allows Unipi Gate to handle multiple tasks simultaneously even more efficiently, resulting in higher performance and making it a great choice for demanding applications.
Unipi Gate G100 and G110 are programmable Ethernet / RS485 Linux IoT gateways and logic controllers designed for industrial automation, building management systems and other automation projects.
Thanks to its computing power, software openness and affordable price, the gateway is also suitable as a data logger device for higher-level SCADA and MES systems or cloud services in Smart City, Smart Factory and IoT/IIoT projects. Finally, the Unipi Gate is a simple way to upgrade older installations.
The product with increased memory to 1 GB RAM replaces the earlier product with 512 MB RAM, which is now discontinued. With more RAM, it is possible to run advanced or more programs than before. The new product is available at the same price.
Unipi Gate gateways with higher memory capacity have new SKUs:
- Unipi Gate G100 1GB RAM is now listed with SKU 2021003
- Unipi Gate G110 1GB RAM now has SKU 2021004
Unipi Gate is based on the open-source Linux OS that provides compatibility with a wide range of commercial and open-source software solutions. The new product is identical to the previous version in terms of compatibility. As with the previous product, custom software or any of the supported third-party software solutions can be easily integrated into the Unipi Gate controller.
