These models are designed primarily for specialised automation projects that include a large number of digital devices (digital switches, motion sensors, magnetic contacts etc.), or requires a large number of relays for switching a variety of two-state devices such as boilers, water heaters, shutter drives or external relays. All mentioned models naturally retain the default features of the Neuron lines: a single RS485 serial line, a single 10/100Mbit Ethernet port, four USB ports and a single 1-Wire bus.
